Overview of the Package
By default, SecuTix guarantees to each client a combined base access rate across all client’s ticketshops measured in ACS (see glossary below). However, in certain cases such as peak periods or high-intensity sales, this standard access rate might be insufficient to meet the client’s business needs.

Should SecuTix fail to achieve or sustain the base or boosted rates as described during a sale, the client is entitled to a refund equivalent to the monthly base package fee.

At an one point, the ACS rate used in measuring the base package and MAX option services, corresponds to the sum of the ACS rates of all the client ticketshops.
Limitations
Failure to provide the additional performances included in this package do not give rise to any additional compensation outside those outlined in the scope of service.

Refunds will not be available if the access rates described in the terms of service are not reached due to third-party components delivered by a provider other than SecuTix (e.g. payment gateway).
Term and Termination
PeakProtect+ package is purchased for a fixed term of twelve months from the date of purchase. Should the client wish to terminate the agreement before the end of the twelve-month term, they will be required to fulfill payment obligations for the entirety of the twelve-month period.
Glossary
ACS (access tokens per second): the number of individual user tokens authorized to enter the ticketshop, per second.
