Glossary
ACS (“access tokens per second”): the number of individual user tokens authorized to enter the Ticketshop, per second.
Base rate: the ACS default rate guaranteed to the client, aggregated across all client Ticketshops.
Scheduled sale: a pre-announced sale, with a planned Ticketshop closure and purge.
Simple product: Includes SECUTIX Event products, Competitions, Open Passes, Timeslot Passes and Services. Excludes complex products (i.e. Packages and Season Tickets) and Visit Passes. Seat map sales are also excluded Any product sold through S360 platform that are not packages, season tickets, visit passes, products requiring seat map usage.
