What is the doing the batch to track emails ?
Getting feedback from you email campaigns is the key to improve
- Get all the responce code and update the corresponding shipments (followed, opened, soft bounce,...)
- If there is a shipment with softbounce or hardbounce then the bounced status of the contact will be updated too.
- Softbounced status are checked at each run of this batch meaning that if the next campaign is successfully sent to a softbounced contact, then his bounced status will be reset.
