The Open OPEN API Performance Pack is designed to enhance your integration capabilities with our ticketing software, offering advanced analytics, increased throughput, and sophisticated integration options beyond those provided by the standard Open OPEN API Functional Pack. This package facilitates seamless scalability, improved customer engagement, and efficiency in your ticketing operations, ideal for organizations seeking elevated API performance and capacity.
SECUTIX Platform calls (e.g.

, TIXNGO interface, SECUTIX Access Control) and calls from SECUTIX ISV Partners are not covered by this pack. These calls are not subject to additional billing or counted withing the quotas mentioned below.

OPEN API Performance Pack Scope of Service
Pricing model: The pricing model consists of a licence fee

API Calls:

The maximum rate SECUTIX can support within the scope of this pack will depend on the specific client integration. Usage-based fees are applied above 10K calls/month, details can be found in the next section on billing.
Data Transfer: No hard limit is set on the amount of data that can transit via the APIs. Usage-based fees are charged and outlined in the next section.

ProvidesWith the pack you gain access to the KEYS application, which provides comprehensive insights into your system’s utilization, including API key usage, services accessed, and error tracking.

AvailableSECUTIX experts are available on-demand to guide and optimize API

Peak API Usage:
Allows for the maximization of API rate limits for specific, critical operations.The pack provides the ability to temporarily boost the API rate to support large events and critical operations. The exact rate supported will depend on the details of the integration and will be agreed upon with the client during the preparation phase.
Billing and Usage
Measurement and Billing: Usage is measured and billed based on the volume of API calls and the data transferred.
Included in the pack: The base package fee includes 10’000 API calls and 1 GB of data transferred, per month.
Usage-based fees: When monthly usage goes above the
data consumedincluded calls/data, usage-based fees are charged per extra block of 1’000 API calls and extra 1 GB transferred. Every block of 1
,'000 API calls or
1GB1 GB of data is counted as a full block for billing purposes.
Monthly Billing Cycle:
FacilitatesBilling is monthly and facilitates easier planning and budgeting, aligning with industry standards for consistency and predictability.
- Exclusions
Out of scope: calls internal to the SECUTIX Platform (e.g. TIXNGO interface, SECUTIX Access Control) as well as calls from the SECUTIX ISV Partners, are excluded from the chargeable count of calls.

Peak API Usage Activation
Request Procedure: Activation requests for Peak API Usage must be submitted through Salesforce using our dedicated form.
Monitoring and Support: Each activation is monitored closely by our team of experts to ensure optimal performance and stability during high-demand periods.
Eligibility and Access
Access Restrictions: The
KeysKEYS App and other API Performance Pack features are intended for stakeholders directly associated with the tenant organization and should not be used by external integrators involved in the implementation process.
Adjustments and Exclusions: Valid reasons for excluding certain types of calls will be assessed by SECUTIX Sales/CSMs, and the monthly free tier will be adjusted accordingly to simplify
billing adjustments.
Term and Termination
- Fixed Term: The Open API Performance Pack is offered on a monthly subscription basis, with the option to cancel with 30 days' notice prior to the next
billing
cycle. - Changes and Cancellation: Changes to the subscription, including upgrades or cancellations, must be communicated through official channels as specified in the agreement.
Limitations in Liabilities
- Service Limitations: Failures to provide the performances outlined, due to reasons beyond our control (such as issues with third-party services not provided by SECUTIX), will not give rise to any compensation outside those outlined in the terms of service.
- Refunds and Adjustments: Refunds or
adjustments
will be considered on a case-by-case basis, primarily in situations where SECUTIX fails to meet the agreed terms of service, barring external dependencies.
