MySlot Pack Terms and Conditions
Overview of the Package
As a cloud-hosted SAAS solution, the infrastructure and services supporting SecuTix products are in general shared across our client base. For a number of reasons, clients may require a higher level of control on data residency, data isolation and software release cycles. The MySlot package is the SecuTix offering covering this need, by providing dedicated cloud infrastructure for core parts of the SecuTix platform, some control over where the core customer data is held, and a measure of flexibility of the software release cycle.
In addition to these benefits, the MySlot package provides the highest performance guarantees on offer by SecuTix , both for online sales and API usage. Dedicated infrastructure means resources are focused on supporting activities for a single tenant, removing any possibility of calendar clashes for major events.
As a complex software solution, SecuTix splits into a number of core and common components, with common ones been more widely shared across the system. The MySlot offering is restricted to the core parts of the system.
The MySlot pack is broken down into two parts, which can be purchased separately:
- MySlot for S360 ticketing
- MySlot for S-Mobile
To cater for different performance needs, the MySlot package is available in two different sizes, MySlot Pack XL and MySlot Pack XXL. Both provide the same data & service isolation features and only differ on the performances on offer for the S360 ticketing component.
MySlot Scope of Service – Base Package
The MySlot base package contains all data & service isolation features and provides a baseline boosted performance level.
- The core SecuTix 360 database is a dedicated database running on a dedicated virtual machine. These infrastructure components are not shared with other clients.
- The client can choose in which geographical region core customer data should be held (among those offered by SecuTix).
- The client can choose to postpone software releases or patches by up to 4 weeks for some selected services (offered for core services: ticketing core)
The base package provides the following performance guarantees:
- A permanent boosted base rate of 4 ACS (XL) / 6 ACS (XXL), shared across all the client’s ticket shops. For all products TBC
- For simple products, the option to increase the base rate to 8 ACS (XL) / 10 ACS (XXL) for scheduled sales. For other products, increase a bit.
- Unlimited API usage (recommended limits will depend on the usage scenarios)
The base package is purchased for a one-year period.
Scheduled sales must be announced 7 calendar days before sales opening. All boosted access rate are guaranteed five minutes after sales opening.
TBC Should Secutix fail to achieve or sustain the base or boosted rates as described during a sale, the client is entitled to a refund equivalent to the monthly base package fee.
The MAX POWER Option
Tailored to support the most intensive sales, the MAX POWER option offers a comprehensive solution for clients facing exceptional demand during sale events. It is purchased on a per-sale basis and provides: split simple/complex products
- A scaled-up infrastructure to ensure optimal system performance.
- Access to a dedicated team of SecuTix experts for analyzing, preparing, and monitoring the sale event.
- For simple products, a guaranteed sales rate of 12 ACS (XL) / 20 ACS (2XL)
The guaranteed sales rate serves as a minimum benchmark and is reached five minutes after the sale opening. Depending on the specifics of the planned sale, higher throughput may be achievable.
Each MAX sale must be announced at least 7 calendar days before sales opening and can have a maximum duration of 3 days.
Should SecuTix fail to achieve or sustain the MAX option rate as described, the client is entitled to a refund equivalent to the MAX option price.
At any one point, the ACS rate used in measuring the base package and MAX option services, corresponds to the sum of the ACS rates of all the client ticketshops.
Limitations in liabilities
Failure to provide the additional performances included in this package do not give rise to any additional compensation outside those outlined in the scope of service.
Reduced ACS rates applied to protect any client-specific integration not contracted through SecuTix are not covered by the compensation agreement.
Refunds will not be available if the access rates described in the terms of service are not reached due to third-party components delivered by a provider other than SecuTix(e.g. payment gateway).
Term and Termination
The MySlot package is purchased for a fixed term of twelve months from the date of purchase. Should the client wish to terminate the agreement before the end of the twelve-month term, they will be required to fulfill payment obligations for the entirety of the twelve-month period.
Glossary
ACS (access tokens per second): the number of individual user tokens authorized to enter the ticketshop, per second.
Base rate: the ACS default rate guaranteed to the client, aggregated across all client ticketshops.
Scheduled sale: a pre-announced sale, with a planned ticketshop closure and purge.
Simple product: Any product sold through S360 platform that are not packages, season tickets, visit passes, product requiring seat map usage.
