This page allows organizers to view all communication that TnG sends to spectators including mail and push notifications.
On Backoffice, go to Communications:
Organizer can search for communications based on spectator email or phone number
Filter by communication type (Mail, Notification), its status (Delivered or Failed), Date-Time
On this page, organizers have the option to resend some failed specific communications or resend all to spectators via resend buttons.
Export communication data to CSV is available on this page
