On the fly creation of timeslots for individual visits
On the visit pass calendar/planning screen, operators can now create timeslots on the fly for individual visits. This opens the following possibilities:
Operators working exclusively on the box office can create new timeslots for individual visits (without the need to access the back office configuration screens).
Timeslots created on the fly for individual visits are not exclusive, thus they can be used everywhere as standard timeslots.
There is a new security right to activate this new option on box office named "Create timeslots for individual visits".
Once activated, the on the fly creation pop-up will contain the list of individual visits. The process to create on the fly timeslot does not differ from creating such timeslot for a group visit pass.
