New filter criteria on the refund batch

The batch to mass-refund tickets now adds new filters in order to support the following scenarios:

"VIP spectators received the tickets hrefund these Invitation tickets (except the contacts who still join the show)"

"As I have observed, there are some tickets cannot be refunded after running this batch even if they are not yet controlled, it seems that the batch ignores these tickets because there exists other tickets which were already controlled?"

Therefore, 2 new filter criteria are added:

• TARIFF: only Invitation tariff tickets are refunded.
