The contact file of a structure
The structure contact file differs in a few elements from individual contact files:
Within the information menu, in the general tab, you'll find a specific section for the structure characteristics:
You can establish a hierarchy of structures through the "Subsidiary of" search button.
You can select the "Type of structure's Nature": You can only select one option. The variety of types of structure
In the vertical menus you can also find four new options: Rel
You can have several relays within a structure and choose which one would be your primary contact.
You can have individual contact files that are members of a structure, even if they are not relays.
You can directly manage the structure of subsidiary structure contact files.
You can save any contract you have signed with the structure within the file.
When only a relay is set for a structure, they will become the primary contact. If a structure has more than one relay, you'll be able to change and choose who needs to be the primary relay: They'll be able to see and modify the information of their structure on the ticketshop, including the structure criteria and financial management.
