This page details how to take back seats that have not been injected or downloaded from the match seat map.

Step-by-step Instructions:

1. Log in to Distribution Portal (B2C) as usual.

2. Navigate to ‘Ticket distribution portal’.

   

   
   

3. Click the 'seat map” button next to the game to choose the tickets to take back.

   

4. Switch off “Display available” toggle and turn on “Display distributed” toggle.

   

5. Select the seat you wish to take back from the seat map, then click ‘Add to Cart’.

   

6. Click “Assign to me” and press continue.

   

   
   

7. Click ‘Distribute tickets’.
