Multiple experience voucher redemption
Offering experience vouchers for seated events or groups? Multiple vouchers can be redeemed all at once in a single order, making things much faster and more convenient. Vouchers redeemed for the same seated events can be easily seated together and for group visits, like school trips, redeeming a large number of vouchers, this means less waiting at the counter and a much smoother start to the experience.
Solution
The redeem pop-up of the box-office has been improved to allow the operator to search and select multiple experience vouchers and redeem them together in one go. Moreover, they can easily find vouchers linked to a contact or specific file.
Vouchers can only be redeemed together, if they share the same voucher product, audience subcategory, and seat category (if applicable)
Getting started
From the box-office screen, the operator can easily scan/type the voucher code or search for vouchers.
The operator can scan the voucher or enter the voucher code or tax number directly into this field.
If “Include all ” option is checked, all vouchers linked to the same cultural contact as the voucher entered in field (1) will be listed.
The operator can search for all vouchers linked to a file by entering the file number in this field.
The operator can list all vouchers linked to a cultural contact by entering the contact number in this field
After selecting the desired voucher in the list, the operator can start the redemption process by clicking the OK button.
