Custom indicator management.

Do you want to create automated segmentation of your clients? You can now create custom indicators from a dynamic SAM target.

Solution

SAM targets allow you to create segments of contacts and you can now add an indicator name and logo to your target to create a custom indicator, which will appear in the contact details screen.

Getting started

SAM target

To create a custom indicator, a new “Custom Indicator” checkbox is now available in SAM Targets to activate the custom indicator fields. The name, code, visibility and logo of the indicator can then be defined.

With the custom indicator target, a “Custom Indicator” campaign can be created. The system will update the value of the cust

The Custom Indicator campaign can simultaneously send emails, link advantages or products, and compute indicator values - all in one seamless execution, with no disruption to other processes.

Contact details

The custom indicator will then be visible in the contact details screens, based on the defined visibility, i.e., either both on the summary tab and the contact indicator screen, or only on the contact indicator screen.
