Automatically retrieve exchanges rates
Whymper V2 comes with a new interface type that allows you to automatically retrieve the exchange rat

Exchange rates are then stored in the existing exchange rates table.

The available currency pairs are:
- ECB: http://www.ecb.europa.eu/stats/eurofxref/eurofxref-daily.xml
- AZN : https://www.cbar.az/currencies/14.06.2018.xml
