Modifying a season-ticket seat

The file details in SecuTix already allow you to change the seat selected for an event, whether that event has been purchased separately or as part of a season ticket. In Piz Bernina V2, with just one click, operators can change the planned seat for all events on a season ticket. This

In the file details, the room plan icon is now also displayed on the line for the season ticket (and not just on lines for season-ticket events).

 

Clicking on this icon opens a room plan that includes the upcoming events. The process for changing the seat is the same as for a single event:

  • Click on 'cancel/exchange'

  • Indicate whether the seat change has been requested by the purchaser or the institution

  • Select the new seat

  • Click OK
