2026 Dent Blanche V3

2026 Dent Blanche V3

High level scope

Visit passes in the app PREVIEW

Do you sell visit passes alongside your events ? Maybe stadium tours, backstage experiences, or other activities ? Your spectators can now receive and manage those tickets directly in the app. No more separate ticket delivery required: all their passes sit alongside their performance & match tickets in one place, with full traceability, transfer and resale support.

PREVIEW features are released in production but are only available on demand and activated on a case-by-case basis.

Laying foundations for the future & resuming efforts on transfers

We are working a lot in backstage to lay the foundations of new mobile capabilities and to resume our efforts on transfers user experience. Yes, this is teasing for what will come on stage in Dent Blanche V4 and beyond, but sometimes great things just take more than one release to build.

DBV3.1

Various notification improvements

Push notification once ticket is controlled

A dedicated push notification can be displayed in the app once the app receives confirmation that the ticket has been controlled. This is a great new opportunity to engage with your audience!

Use this either to welcome your spectators and direct them to their seat, or even propose them to buy some additional services or products! In the latter case, a link to a website can be configured and opened in the phone browser when the notification is tapped.

More details: V4 Notification Content Management & V4 Variables for Emails & Notifications

Some delay are expected between the access control scan and the display of this notification, especially when ingress is at its peak.

This new notification is disabled by default for existing organizers. To enable it, go to Organizer Settings and remove push.ticket.controlled from the Disable selected push notifications setting.

New communication templates for return transfers

The messages sent to the previous owner when a ticket is returned can now be configured with specific templates to clarify the communication, both for push notification and email. Search for the templates push.ticket.return and email.ticket.return in the communication templates to customize those messages.

These new templates are initialized by default with the same content configured for the transfer initiated communication templates.

And more

It’s now possible to disable selected push notifications. Just go to Organizer Settings and select the push notifications you want to disable in the setting called Disable selected push notifications. The spectator.logout push notification is a good candidate for instance.

Backoffice roles improvements

We introduced a new kind of Backoffice transfer called Standard transfer. Standard transfer allows user to transfer tickets from Backoffice while enforcing all limits configured in the usage rule, exactly like what the spectator can do with the mobile application, no more, no less.

The permission to use Standard transfer can be added to low-privileged roles like SUPPORT or BASIC by technical configuration. Please contact the TIXNGO support team if you want to use this new feature in your organizer.

In addition, ADVANCED role can now access Event Statistics.

Please refer to Back-Office Roles and Permissions for more details.

Other miscellaneous improvements

  • The “keep one” rule is now enforced at the event level. It means spectators must retain exactly one ticket per event, regardless of the number of usage rules used for those tickets.
