What’s new?

A Clean, User-Centric Design

The Curiosity layout places essential ticket information front and center — event name, date, time, venue, seat details — all at a glance. The layout has been streamlined to minimize noise while ensuring the most relevant data is accessible instantly.

Event Timeline Support

When available, a timeline of key event moments (e.g. gates open, support act, main act) is shown on the ticket. This gives spectators a better sense of what to expect and when — all without leaving the ticket screen.

Native Use of V4 Ticket Properties

The new layout fully leverages the V4 data model, enabling richer and more accurate display of:

• Seating Details: Seat type, category, rank, and section are natively displayed when provided

• Purchase Context: Original point of sale and quantity are shown in a clear and structured way

Dress to impress

To maintain a clean, informative layout, Curiosity does not display a QR code. But don’t worry , spectators won’t miss a beat at the gate. When needed, the layout will automatically revert to the Classic version, which includes the appearance of the QR code section, at the earliest of:

• the ticket’s activation time,

• or, the day of the event.
