Standard Mobile Ticket (SMT)

UPCOMING Ever wanted to offer a seamless, fully mobile ticketing experience to all your visitors and spectators? This enhancement to electronic delivery mode allows customers to instantly access a mobile-first version of their tickets, to go through access control, easily share them with friends, post them from resale or buy an upgrade.

Solution

We have created a mobile-first page on the ticketshop to display a digital version of the tickets. The same mobile ticket widget is used on the confirmation page to allow for quick access to the tickets immediately after purchase, e.g., to scan at access control or to share with friends. A secure link to each ticket allows transferring a ticket to a friend, who can then easily display it without having to log in or even create an account. That same secure link is provided in the confirmation email of the order to allow your customers to find their tickets later on and display them again without having to log in.

Not only is the SMT super convenient to go through access control and attend events, it provides access to all the tools to directly manage your bookings, i.e., in case someone cannot attend and needs to resale, or wants an upgrade. Adding to Google and Apple wallets is also available (through our partner Néostore) directly from the standard mobile ticket.
