Tariff recommendations and change of tariff from the cart

Solution

We are adding a step before the checkout to automatically detect offers that have been missed by the customer, either because he/she was not yet logged in at the time of adding it to the cart or because the membership providing access to membership tariffs was added later on. In either case, the system will make a recommendation to the customer. The customer will have the choice to apply the recommendation or make adjustments manually.
