Minor improvements

RELEASED IN V1.6 Search button to quickly find a queue by name

To make it easier to manage PeakProtect queues during large on‑sales, a search field is now available in the queue list. Operators can type all or part of a queue name to instantly filter the list and open the right configuration (for example, when enabling or checking Fair Queue settings for a specific event).
This avoids scrolling through long lists of similarly named queues and reduces the risk of configuring the wrong queue when preparing waiting room, queue opening and shop opening times.

RELEASED IN V1.5 Purchase WH and linked Companion seats on seat map

The seat map now supports the intelligent pairing of wheelchair and companion seats across different categories. By introducing validation and a proactive proposal pop-up, the system ensures that customers always select the correct companion seat, simplifying the booking process for accessibility requirements.

RELEASED IN V1.5 Ticket Cancellation Cause is available in the standard report

The ticket cancellation cause is now available in the standard “List of Tickets” report, fulfilling the reporting need. This enables customers to easily track tickets refunded by insurance providers through a consolidated report view.

RELEASED IN V1.4 Increase BIN length on all PSPs

With new banks being created every day the BIN number, meaning the number representing a bank can now be longer than the standard 6 digits. We will now support 8 digits banks BIN numbers on all PSPs. This is the new default.

RELEASED IN V1.4 Transfer contingent batch – planned quota aligned with movable seats

When “Also transfer planned quota” is enabled, the planned quota is now calculated only on transferable seats (excluding frozen and locked seats) and is deducted first from Purchase plan quota, then from Complementary quota.

We have improved the Distribution portal - address book experience by introducing a more intuitive search field and optimized contact loading. Users can now search by name or email with results appearing after just 2 characters, while a new lazy-loading mechanism ensures smooth performance even for large contact lists.

We have updated the default value of the “Insured” option in the standard report “List of Sales” from “Only sales not covered by cancellation insurance” to “Both” in order to ensure accurate sales reporting and reduce manual corrections. This update will only affect reports created after the fix deployment.
