Ticket Protection - Ticket status notification to Cover Genius

RELEASED IN V1.3 Cover Genius and SECUTIX are strengthening their partnership to fight fraud. SECUTIX will now notify Cover Genius with any relevant information regarding covered tickets to limit fraudulent refunds.

Solution

On an hourly basis, SECUTIX will notify Cover Genius of updates to protected tickets. The following data is shared with Cover Genius:

Ticket status: invalid (invalidated, refunded…) or redeemed (controlled)
Payment status : Paid, or in progress (not completely paid)

The usage of this data to accept or not a refund stays at the discretion of Cover Genius, as per the T&C.
