Communications

This page allows organizers to view all communication that TIXNGO sends to spectators including mail and push notifications.

On Backoffice, go to Communications:

Search and filter

• Organizers can search for communications based on spectator email or phone number

• Filter by communication type (Mail, Notification), its status (Delivered or Failed), Date-Time

Resend communication

• On this page, organizers have the option to resend some failed specific communications or resend all to spectators via resend buttons.
