Pre-requisite: create event, competition or hospitality products

Aim: set a limit of tickets per contact for a given product family or a given product across sales channels or for a specific sales channel. Additional granularity can be configured with, for a given performance/match, contact limits per category, tariff and even contingent.

Description: 

Product family*: selection the product family on which to put the limit (event, competition, hospitality)

Sales channel: you can choose to apply the limit only on a specific sales channel

Activity*: select the activity on which the limit shall be applied. This enables then to select the event/competition

Limit type*:

  • by performance: the limit applies for each performance/match (regardless of article/categories chosen)

  • by article: the limit applies per article/category. If you set a limit of 4 tickets, the customer can buy up to 4 tickets in each category.

Event: select the event/competition. If you leave it empty, the limit will apply to all the products of the selected activity

Performance: select a performance/match if you want the limit to be applied only for a specific performance/match. If you leave it empty, the limit will be applied to all the perfomances of the event/competition

Tariff: you can decide to apply the limit only for a specific tariff

Seat category: the limit would apply to a specific category only

Contingent: to restrict the limit to a specific contingent

Quantity limit*: maximum quantity of tickets each contact can buy for the combination of filters defined above

Include contact's purchase history over all sales channels: if yes: the contact can buy tickets on a given sales channel only he has not already reached the limit on any other sales channel. If No: the contact can buy tickets on a given sales channel only if he has not reached the limit for this sales channel.

Once created, you must click on "RUN" to activate the contact limit. To deactivate it, click on "SUSPEND".

You can export to Excel the dashboard of all your contact limits by clicking on "EXPORT".
